5. Storage & Security
Your personal data and uploaded files are stored on servers located within secured cloud infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including:

- Short-lived, signed URLs for accessing your uploaded documents
- Role-based access controls — staff can only access data relevant to their role
6. Retention

Candidate profiles are retained for up to 3 years from your last active application, after which they are securely deleted unless you request earlier deletion or extended retention.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
